Shower Repair - Manchester City Centre

We were contacted by Miss Scott via email who was looking to have a tile replaced and a repair of some rot that was occurring around the step into her shower and underneath the shower tray in the ensuite bathroom.

The initial phase of the job was to remove the shower screen, tray and shower unit without causing damage as these were not replaced. All the existing tiles were removed from the wall and step into the shower, alongside all plasterboard and rotted wood. A new waste and set of pipework were then fitted to ensure no leaks would occur in the future, once the shower tray had been cleaned and refitted into the correct position, we began tiling the whole area. Following the tiling we cleaned the full area down to remove any excess grout residue and proceeded to fit with the cleaned shower screen and chrome shower fittings.
