Employee Bathrooms - Sheridan Lifts LTD

We started our works with Sheridan Lifts LTD to provide new bathrooms for both male and female members of staff. Each new bathroom had been completed one at a time to ensure that staff within the building still had appropriate toilet facilities to use while at work.

The Works Provided:

The starting phase to our works was to rip out the existing bathrooms to ensure we are building back up effectively from the brick wall. Once all the old materials had been removed from the bathroom we started to reroute all the existing pipework and we added a soil stack for an extra toilet to be added. Following the rerouting of pipework and the soil stack we proceeded to build boxing in sections (to hide pipework) and walls for individual toilet cubicles which was then ready for the next step which was to board all brick walls and studded walls. Once all the boarding was completed we proceeded to plaster the room entirely, ensuring all the surfaces are flat and ready for tiling.

Immediately after the tiles were grouted and cleaned we proceeded to fit the furnishings in the toilet areas, this included; toilets, vanity units and towel radiators as shown below.
